About
Emily Kang builds software products and helps businesses solve operational problems. Whether it's untangling messy workflows, building internal tools, or automating the things that eat up your team's time — the goal is the same: give you back hours so you can focus on the work that actually matters.
Previously worked at Boeing and UKG. Now builds software products end to end, from idea to shipping.
Offer
Free 15-minute call to start — no pitch, just seeing if there's a real fit.
If there is, we'll set up a 45-60 minute working session where I dig into how your operations actually run. From that, I put together an Automation Opportunity Map — a written breakdown of where you're losing time or money, and what I'd tackle first. You'll have it within 5 business days, and it's yours to keep either way.
If you decide not to move forward with implementation, you don't pay anything. I don't build before mapping — it's how I make sure I'm building the right thing for your business instead of guessing. If you do decide to move forward, the Map adds $1,000 to the build, based on a simple contract that we negotiate.
What I can do for you
- Organization — I'll help organize your current processes, if needed. Before any automation, let's make sure there's a clear foundation to build off of.
- Systems integration — connect the tools you already use so data flows where it needs to go instead of living in five different spreadsheets.
- Automation — eliminate repetitive tasks that drain your team's time. If you're doing something more than twice, it can probably be scripted.
- Custom software & internal tools — dashboards, data pipelines, and apps built around your actual workflows instead of forcing you into someone else's template.
How I Work
I prefer to build long term relationships with a few clients to add more value. I want to understand your business and help make it better than before.
